The Council is a company limited by guarantee, governed by its constitution and by-laws and structured for accountability, transparency and impact.
Our Organs
General Assembly
All voting members — the supreme decision-making body, meeting at the AGM.
Board of Directors
9–13 directors providing strategic governance and oversight.
Secretariat
Led by the Executive Director / National Coordinator; day-to-day operations.
Standing Committees
Committees carry the Council's work between Board meetings.
