Information we collect
When you apply for membership or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, business information, and the portfolio or evidence you provide.
How we use your information
We use your information to process membership applications, manage dues and receipts, assign you to a House, send you Council communications, and operate the member directory and portal.
The member directory
The members-only directory is opt-in. You choose whether your profile appears, and you can change this at any time from your member portal.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We keep your data only as long as necessary and apply appropriate security measures.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact the Secretariat to make a request.
