Adinkrahene — leadership and the seat of authority

Spark Julius Zuta is a UK-based entrepreneur and promoter known for his role in advancing youth entrepreneurship and vocational empowerment across Africa. He serves as Vice President of the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation, where he champions projects supporting small- and medium-scale enterprises and women's skill development initiatives.

His work centres on using entrepreneurship as a tool for social and economic empowerment. In his role with the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation he has helped implement programmes such as Growing With, a collaborative effort with the West African Fashion Council to equip women with skills in fashion design, handicrafts and beauty product creation. He emphasises the link between SME growth and national development, citing the potential of small enterprises to expand employment and generate tax revenue.

Beyond training, he promotes access to funding and mentorship for emerging business owners, integrating business management education so participants understand finance, marketing and sustainability. Through his leadership he contributes to broader efforts under the African Continental Free Trade Area framework, promoting intra-African trade and inclusive economic participation, and bridging entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa and the UK.
